  • Executive Committee sponsored assessment of a Trade Platform migration programme for an Asia Insurer - reviewing strategy, business case, delivery plan, risks, and operating impacts.

  • Authored a board-sponsored Cloud Transformation strategy and delivery programme for HSBC - aligning stakeholders on governance, controls, and execution approach (detailed below).

  • Implemented transformation governance and reporting for an Investment Bank: benefits tracking, delivery confidence, risk/control evidence, and decision forums aligned to business priorities.

  • Shaped an AI centric target operating model for an Asian Bank. This included structure, product alignment, and engineering standards, radically improving cost, execution consistency and resilience.​
